Reza Badamchi is a highly experienced Managing Partner with over 14 years of legal expertise in Iran. He holds a Bachelor degree in law and pursued a Master degree in private law at the prestigious Islamic Azad University.

Throughout his career, Reza has provided professional counsel to numerous foreign companies in various legal areas, specializing in intellectual property and its enforcement. He possesses exceptional skills in reporting intellectual property violations, supporting investigations, and working on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, and copyright.

In addition to his legal practice, Reza is an active member of the Iranian Central Bar Association since 2009, the INTA and AIPPI since 2013. From 2016 to 2020, he served as the head of the Public Relations Commission of the Iranian Central Bar Association. He has also taught private law courses as an adjunct teacher and conducted workshops. Furthermore, Reza has delivered numerous public lectures on IP Law at the Iranian Central Bar Association.

Reza’s dedication to excellence goes beyond his legal practice. In 2017, he was awarded a scholarship to attend the AVICENNA Research Institute (ARI) as a visiting scholar known as the Reproductive Biotechnology Research Center. Additionally, from October 2020 to July 2021, he had the opportunity to study at Goethe University, focusing on the reception of the Paris Convention in the Iranian legal system.
