In light of the electronic registration process for trademarks, industrial designs, and patents at the Iran Intellectual Property Center, the authentication of required documents for their registration will now be expedited through notaries. These notaries will initially verify the document’s authenticity and subsequently send a verification code to the Intellectual Property Center, notifying them of the document’s validity and allowing for the continuation of the registration process.
By streamlining this step, applicants will experience faster and more efficient processing times for their trademark, industrial design, and patent registrations.
