Hossein Badamchi is a distinguished Managing Partner at Reza Badamchi & Associates, renowned for his exceptional legal acumen. Hossein completed his Bachelor’s degree in law and Islamic Jurisprudence, as well as a Master’s degree in private law, from Shahid Beheshti University,Iran. He further pursued his academic aspirations and earned a Ph.D. in Law and History from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University in 2010, supported by a scholarship from the same institution.

As an esteemed member of the INTA since 2013, Hossein actively engages in international conferences and workshops centered around intellectual property. He has contributed significantly to the field and has authored numerous articles in esteemed international journals.

Additionally, Hossein’s dedication to academia is evident through his role as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tehran since 2014. Moreover, Hossein has been recognized as a Visiting Professor at the renowned Johns Hopkins University in the United States, solidifying his commitment to academic excellence and global collaboration.
